Mariana's Panaderia & Bakery is located in the former location of Mi Familia Panaderia & Bakery and is owned by Chef Jose Acosta. Chef Acosta grew up in Garerro MX and has been creating artisanal breads in the Snohomish and Puget Sound Area serving the community flavorful breads that beat out the taste and texture of other breads in the area.
Chef Acosta has a passion for French Cuisine and has been working in the restaurant industry since 1997. He currently serves as the Executive Chef at Legrand Bistro. |
